EDUCATION

KCC sponsors educational opportunities for both cooperative managers and directors through the annual director development training. This event is held in December of each year at various locations in Kansas. Additionally, the Council partners with the Arthur Capper Cooperative Center (ACCC) to present an annual co-op symposium and leadership roundtable.

In partnership with the Kansas FFA, educational opportunities for Kansas youth are provided. The Council strives to educate our youth through an annual scholarship program which awards the top scoring student from each of the KCC districts and sends the winning student to the NICE (national institute of cooperative education) national conference.
